    hello

    As i cannnot  reinstall fixit because the following msg appear: fixit center setup encountered an error 

    one pbm was opened and the only correction given by the support center was : reload the os w7 for your system 

    as my system is running fine except with fixit i do not do any thing

    so i have removed all files for fixit in program files

    any from time to time the following msg appear with title Rundll:

      c:\program files\microsoft fixit center\MatsApi.dll

    i repeat fixit center is not present in the program files

    So how can i solve this bad msg

    Obviously this is an unsupported tool judging by the lack of responses to those posting in this forum.

    My recommendation would be to contact Microsoft directly about the problem.  With any luck, they will help with resolution.

    In the meantime, anyone contemplating running this tool, especially to fix multiple problems or running in aggressive mode would be well advised to explore other avenues of repair.
