mailbox disables RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We've configured server side synchronization on CRM.

    While working, most of the users get the error: The mailbox "UserName" has been disabled for synchronizing appointments, contacts, and tasks due to unknown error. The owner of the associated email server profile "serverProfileName has been notified.

    What could be the problem? Some other mailboxes are working just fine!

    Try to Check the primary Email ID is Approved or not for those Users....!!

    It's strange, because some users don't have any problems..
