having issues posting and replying

  Recently came to these forums agin with some questions and find and am having problems getting the software to POST or reply to others, when i click on submit in either case a window pops up that is blank but has an "ok" button. i click on it and i am returned to the page where i created the post or reply but it has not "posted"
