    I signed up last week and your are saying i don't have a account?

  • If you subscribed in OneCare and created an account, it should be shown in OneCare, Help/About... as the Subscription ID and also when you sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com

    If OneCare never received the subscription credentials back to your PC from the server, click Check for Updates in OneCare after confirming that there are no other security programs that may be blocking communications and receipt of the credentials and also that your PC date and time are correct.

    If OneCare still does not show your subscription status correctly, contact support -
