Cannot boot from CD (off topic)

Question
-
I was installing windows 7 on my laptop and while it was installing i ejected the cd, then i got msg that progress is not saved. Then i restarted my laptop and pressed f12 to boot it again but this time i got pre-boot console but not msg to "press enter to boot from cd" this time it just skipped to startup windows (like it's already installed, but it's not) then instead of desktop i get startup repair and i got msg that it cannot be automaticly fixed, and if i see this msg again to contact some kind of service or administrator. How can i boot again? please help me, I didn't know that ejecting cd while installing windows will be harmful.
Sorry for posting on wrong forum but i need help fast, and idk where to post it.

I'd ask them over here.

or possibly the hardware manufacturer's forums.

Search the name of your Mainboard (Motherboard) and take a look either in the internet or your guide-book. There it tells you what to press for where to go in the BIOS. You must press the key just after pressing the power button.
Anyways, sometimes it doesn't work everytime, like on my computer which is now totally defective. I re-installed Win7 4 or 5 times and it still doesn't work anymore. Always when starting up my computer, it restarts automatically twice.
