No login available at "Microsoft Fix it Center Online" webpage--"This site may be experiencing a problems" -- Is this correct? If so, when will the site be back up and running (a rought estimate would be a start and should really appear on this page)

  Microsoft Fix It login page says:

   

  • This site may be experiencing a problem
  • The site may not be a member of the Windows Live Network

              You can:

  • You can sign in or sign up at other sites on the Windows Live Network, or try again later at this site.

   

  There is no way to login.   I've personally observed this situation to be the case for several days now.  When might this problem be resolved, please?
