How do I go from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 7 Pro. ?

Question
-
I got my computer a month ago. Almost exactly. Oct 3rd,2013.
It was a private seller and hand made.
I am now getting a invalid or not genuine Build 7601 message.
I purchased a new key for my computer. But it is not for Ultimate, but for Pro.
How do I do this? If you could do it step by step..
like
1. Turn on your computer
2 See message Windows 7 build 7601, this copy is not genuine.
3. Commence to hitting head on desk
4. Go to a forum.
5.Pray

The current install is counterfeit - you should demand a refund from the vendor.

You would have to reformat the hard drive and perform a "clean install" of Windows 7 Professional using a genuine Windows 7 Professional DVD.
