validation successful but still unable to download templates RRS feed

  • My system passed the validation but when I try to download the template, I get the message that my office 2007 is not genuine.   I already checked that my system pass all the checks, and the results of the diag is below.

  •  I resolved the issue, but it's the pop up box that states that the application may not be genuine and it gives you the option to resolve later or validate.  when you select validate, it takes you to the website and that's where I get the screen that says office is validated.

    The resolution for my problem was that I had not "activated" my install  of Project 2007.  Once I did that, the download completed.  Thanks for the response.
