Windows 7 Home Premium , not genuine?

Question
-
I Keep this message keeps appearing you may be subject to counterfeiting??
I do not think this is the case, as I ran Vista home basic before, and had that much trouble!! that I upgraded to windows 7,as advised by Microsoft Tech's team.
This solved a few troubles that they could not fix,but looks like I have more of the same sort of corrupt files, and programs appearing again? how do I get a new Ms diagnostic tool . any help most appreciated .

I have the same problem where i kept being prompted that my Windows 7 is not genuine.
My current laptop was purchased with windows vista installed. After it crashed, i paid for the retrival of the harddisk. To improve my computer performance, because the sales assistance advised that windows vista is not stable and windows 7 would help to improve my computer, i actually paid for my computer to be installed with Windows 7. All works well until a few months later where i am prompted that my computer Windows 7 is not genuine. Now the "This copy of windows 7 is not genuine" permanently sits on my desktop. My msn is also acting weird. What should i do? Do i have to pay again to have my computer function sanely? I thought the windows 7 installation would solve my windows vista problem. Now it's like a new set of problem! I am really frustrated. My diagnostic report is as follows:
