This question should be asked in the Windows Answers Forum at the following address

Anyway, the Stop 0x0000007B (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE) indicates that the operating system has lost access to the system partition during startup.
Try booting your system using the Last Known Good Configurations; if this doesn't work, start your system from the Windows 7 installation DVD and run the following commandchkdsk /f /r
from the Repair Console.
If neither this works fine, it could be a hardware issue: contact an assistance lab to verify that your hard disk is not physically damaged.Bye.

It is usually caused by a driver. Visit the hardware forum on answers.microsoft.com

Did you just change hard drives? Ifso, the new drive might not be compatible. If you haven't change anything, then your boot disk has probably crashed hopelessly.--Tim Roberts, timr@probo.comProvidenza & Boekelheide, Inc.
