off topic - Printer install problems RRS feed

    We have an XP computer and a Vista computer which we have moved around and can't get the 2 printers to reinstall. We have tried to install both printers on both computers. 

     

    Vista computer is showing these errors:

    Error message: The handle is invalid

    Spooler SubSystem App has stopped working

     

    The XP computer won't install anything

     

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may want to try the Microsoft Public newsgroups here: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx or contact the printer manufacturer. If you are using OneCare, please post back with more details on your problem and I'll move the thread back. However, this does not appear to the a OneCare Printer Sharing issue as you are stating that the printer cannot be installed, not shared.
