  • Hi salie joy,

What program are you typing it in and why?

Is Vista asking for the Product Key? or is it Office? What is the error window say when it tells you to reenter the key?

Or are you getting the error when you attempt to Activate over the Internet?  Have you tried Activating by Phone?

Your Diagnostic Report shows your Vista as Genuine and I see no Activation or Validation error codes, so you will need to provide more information for me to go on.

    Thank you,
