    I have installed one care on a 2nd computer but am unable to activate. It will not accept my password which I have rechecked a number of times. Is there some way to resolve this issue. The password works on my other computer.

  • Check to see that the caps lock key is not on. You might also try to log in to Member Accounts - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/members/default.htm to verify you are using the correct password. If you need further assistance please contact support.

  • Note also that you cannot copy and paste the password, but must type it in. Also, many people have reported that complex passwords - longer than 8 characters or containing characters other than letters and numbers - are problematic with activation. If you are using a complex password, change it at http://account.live.com and change it back after activating your OneCare subscription.
