i hate bsod's RRS feed

  • Question

  • well on my previous laptop i had one care. well i built a new PC, and i couldnt figure out what was going on but i kept getting blue screens. well i figured out that everytime i ran a virus scan with one care on my pc it would cause the bsod. it would also leave a lasting effect on my computer and it would cause my computer to go to the bsod randomly. its been happening every day for a while. so i tried reinstalling one care and i think it might have fixed it. but im scared still that it might bring me to the bsod again =(. so if you can help me out on this, it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

  • I also hate BSOD crashes. If you believe that it is happening when a scan is being performed, please contact support.

They can check for conflicting programs or processes and the data logged at the crash may identify the cause.

The crash can be due to a corrupt file, hardware issues, a driver, or a conflicting program.
