Windows Live Log-In Names

In microsoft office 2010, when I use file>save & send>save to web, a dialog box appears for logging in to windows live. In the drop down list against user name there are many names including the correct one as well as names misspelt or wrong names.

1.How can i remove the wrong ones and

2.how can I stop windows from saving the log-in names?
