menu bar, not all the options visible RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have just made a fresh install of MS CRM 3.0, but for some reason, in the menu bar there are no options to create a case, just articles. I miss a lot of things, that I can see in other installations, and I don't know how to make them visible.

    Can anyone help me?

  • Your user is on restricted access. just go to settings > users > yourusername > and untick the "restricted user access"
