Learning Snacks are short, interactive presentations. Each Snack is delivered by using innovative Microsoft Silverlight technology and includes various media, such as animations, recorded demos, and interactive activities.
We have created an innovative site called Microsoft Learning SnackBox, a new place to view and create Learning Snacks. Subject matter experts (SMEs), Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs), Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs), and others who are eager
to share their expertise can join Microsoft in creating this training content.
SnackBox includes access to the Learning Content Development System (LCDS) and the Snack Converter tool, which together enable the community to build and publish Learning Snacks. All of the instructional design and production elements are included in the
experience. The LCDS, the Snack Convertor, and SnackBox are all provided free of charge.
Here are SnackBox highlights:
- Provides an easy way to browse through and find Microsoft-produced and community-created Learning nacks
- Enables the Microsoft Learning community to easily create Learning Snacks by using the LCDS and the Snack Converter tool
- Distinguishes between community-produced and Microsoft-produced Learning Snacks
- Allows users to rate Learning Snacks
- Is free of charge
