Microsoft Key Code for Office Home and Student 2007

Question
-
I purchased a laptop and had a trial version of Office Home and Student 2007, I went ahead and purchased the complete version and had a disk sent to me. I was told they would email me a product code, I saved the one that was with the trial but it will not work. How do I get the product code? is it on the laptop somewhere with the original trial version?Sunday, January 18, 2009 6:09 PM

Did you get the Product Key in the mail? If so, then uninstall the trial, then install using the disk that they sent you and use the Product Key they sent to you by email.
If you did not get the product key by mail, go back to the webpage that you purchased the complete version from. There should be some sort of "Contact Us" link that you can use to contact that group and find out what happened to the Product Key email.
Also, email programs may sometimes filter mail (that it thought was spam) but that you actually wanted. You may want to check the Spam or Trash folder in your email program and see if the mail with that Product Key was filterd by mistake.
Thank you,
Darin
