queue not receiving mails crm 4.0 and exchage 2010 RRS feed

  • I configured the e-mail with exchange 2010. When I test access I get Incoming Status: Succeeded. However, mails are not appearing in the queues.

    Any ideas what can be the cause?

    When creating the Queue in CRM did u enabled "Email Router" in Configuration Email Access Type - Incoming?

  • Have you set your users/queues up with E-mail access type incoming: Email router? Do you see any errors in the application log?

  • Also, make sure that under the user's personal options/queue settings that the Convert to e-mail activities is set correctly. It could be that it is set to only track email responses.

    And Convert to e-mail activities is set correctly.

  • Sorry for the late answer.

    The password is Ok, and we can see the mails in the mailbox, however they are still not appearing in the queue.
