Outlook closed activities no longer displays in CRM 2013 online RRS feed

  • Hello Everyone,

    After the CRM upgradation  to 2013, One of our client complaining  that the closed activities section no longer displays emails that they track in CRM via Outlook.

    So we have suggested to change the out look client version 2011 to 2013.

    But still the closed status emails are not displaying in crm.

    Any help will be appreciated.
