CRM 4.0 Email Router RRS feed

    I have a workflow set up to send case closed emails to customers. For some reason 10 copies of this email goes out to customers. I have tried to use the test access feature in the emial router but it just seems to hang. It says user name and testing.. and the status never changes. I'm guessing something must be set up wrong but I can't tell since the test results don't come back. Anyone have any ideas on wha this may be?

  • Let's start with the CRMMail Mailbox on the server where the Exchange connector is.  What's the status of it?

    Are there alternate recipients connected to it?
