Built-in Bluetooth Adapters

Question
-
I have a Gateway S X 2865 that came with Bluetooth built-in adapter. I've had my pc for @31/2 years and never knew that companies added that to the computers and didn't say anything, But after looking around in my PC, I found out also more systems to set and start up anytime if I need to. I want to know why there's a message that says it may hurt the external one that you might be using. So if you start it up , then turn it off, you may loose both systems but why? Thank You, DoYouThink...

Hello,
If I understand correctly, you're wondering why Gateway added a Bluetooth adapter?
if so, I'd ask Gateway.
