    I have written on code to change the product code in ism file ..but i am getting the error "

    The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

    "

  • Probably you have also started the program also as exe and try now to debug.

    Otherwise, make a copy of your project folder, remove the bin and obj folder and start again.

    Set Project = CreateObject("IswiAuto20.ISWiProject")

    project.openproject "filepath", False

    project.SaveProject step failing ...and throwing the above error.

    Hi Sumit,

    Since this forum is a VB.net forum not for vb script issues, I would recommend you check the following thread to get where to post vb script issues.

    For VBA, Office (VSTO), Macros and VBScript Questions none
