Your computer has problems with both its Windows XP Pro and Office Pro Plus 2007 installations.
First, your Windows XP Pro installation is not activated. The Windows Product Activation system will not activate the installation of Windows XP Pro on your computer because you are attempting to activate a Dell OEM license for XP Pro on a computer that is not a Dell computer. This is a violation of the End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) and the Product Activation system is working properly to prevent activation.

This could have happened if you took your computer to a repair shop, or asked a friend or relative to help you with a computer problem, and they reinstalled Windows and/or some or all of your programs, using one of their own discs with the nongenuine software.
