    Prompt please how it is possible to organise work in uniform base for the users who are in different cities

  • Hi Elka,

    The MS CRM service scheduling engine automatically assign resources based on the selection criteria.
    You have to create a service with a selection criteria.
    Then you have to schedule a service activity.CRM automatically finds the available times of resources.

    Regarding email.
    For incoming mails you need to install email router.
    Outgoin mails require only SMTP server.
    Ithink for users in multiple domain a trusted relationship should exist with the domain controller.

  • Yes.. And i want to know how to work with e-mail (use outlook) in this case.  Users are not in one domain ?
