People who patrol security software forums are the ones most likely to solve your problem. If you do not have antivirus and antimalware installed, get some free ones installed first and do some full system scans. Uninstall and reboot when you switch antivirus or antimalware. If those software can't find the infection, ask in their forums like the MSE forum, forums.malwarebytes.org or forums.avg.com.

Dave,
Thanks for the reply. However, when I clicked on the link you provided, I noticed on a similar question to mine the person was instructed to contact their anti-virus software since they were not running Security Essentials. Since I also do not run Security Essentials, I did not post my question there. Is there another forum that I can post my trojan virus question to?
