Getting INVALID dialog box, but we *know* this Vista installation is 100% valid RRS feed

  • Question

  • This is a recent Sony SZ670 laptop with pre-installed Vista Business. It's run perfectly for several months. Suddely, my wife is seeing a dialog box demanding re-validation, but nothing works. And, when she eventually got to the human and asked for slower speech (she is hard of hearing) the MS Customer Service Rep hung up.

A helpful guru in a newsgroup told my wife to do the MGA and then post here. What do we do now?

    Hi Binary.Ike,

I am very sorry about the Rep hanging up, but you were on the right track. I do not see any other issues or error codes, so all you need to do is to complete the Activate by Phone.
