  Hi,
  
  According to Mr. Rajesh Ramanathan article, How Remote Call Control Powers OCS 2007 R2 (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/2009.03.rcc.aspx?pr=blog#id0110043 ), in part about RCC in Enterprise Voice with PBX, there is option "Answer Using Communicator". In my case, when communicator and Avaya phone are ringing, i don't have "answer using communicator" option. Both communicator and phone are ringing, i can answer on phone by clicking on Communicator answering popup.
  
  Is there any option that should be configured on server, so the option "answer using communicator" is enabled? On what depends showing this feature in communicator? (already tried all combinations for enabling pbx integration, EV).
