  • My outlook has started saying that the program is not genuine and I  need to correct it.  Also the program has stopped sending and receiving my email and will not let me in excell.  I have been using this program for over two years since i had a hard drive crash and had to have it replaced, I have never had a problem until now.  The person whom I purchased the program from is no where to be found and I do not know how to make the changes myself.  How do i go about getting this corrected and getting my excell information back and start sending and receiving my emails into my office outlook.

  • In order for us to analyze and troubleshoot a non-genuine notification issue you may be experiencing, please download and run the   Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostics Tool. 

    After running the tool, click on the Continue button, then click on the Copy button, then Paste the report into your post.  Also, please include a brief question or pertinent background information that would be helpful in our endeavor to assist you.
