change 32 bit to 64 bit using visual basic express 2010

I hope this is the right forum, things seemed to have changed. I was looking for visual basic 2010 help

I am currently working using vb 2019 but have vb 2010 express also. I would like to know how to I change it from 32 bit to 64 bit? I cant seem to find a way to do that.
