fail to connect to on-premise CRM with outlook RRS feed

  • Get this errormessage when I try to connect, anyone know how to solve?

  • 1. Are you able to hit the discovery URl in IE?

    Settings> Customization> Developer Resources

    (make sure you can hit the discoveryservice.svc and the organization.svc urls from the client machine

    2. Do you have ADFS/ IFD setup?

    3. Do you have any proxy servers or VPN connections in place?

    4. Have you tried adding the CRM URL(s) to the Local Intranet Zone in IE
