Multiple forms is a very useful feature. We can set any form as fall-back (default) form. Main form will always remain fall-back form. Multiple form are usually used to create multiple presentation of same data. It is usually drived based on roles. For example, sales may need to look at contact in a different way while finance department may need to look at contact in a different way.

Hi,
We can change the order of the Form in which the system will prioratize before displaying the form and also can restrict by assigning it to a particualr security role, having a multiple form is very benifited in case of multiple departments using the same form to enter different fields i.e. Customer Service department is using the Task activity form to input Task related details customized as per their need and Sales department is also using Task activity form to input Task related details as per their need so in this case we should create two forms and only assign the Customer Service department customized form to Customer Service department security roles and assign the Sales department customized form to Sales department security roles.
