Annoying OneCare phone calls RRS feed

    Numerous times daily, we receive phone calls from what I believe is MS OneCare #[deleted]. Upon our answering there is a hang-up on the other end...very annoying and I would like help in putting a stop to this occurance.

    That is the OneCare US Support number, which I've deleted as it is only available to paid subscribers.

    What makes you believe that this number is calling you? Is it showing on your CallerID?

    Do you have an open support case with OneCare that they may be following up on? If so, please post your case number and I'll forward it to Microsoft support and request that they cease calling you.

    Steve, thanks for the reply.  Yes, the number is showing up on my CallerID.  No, I am not aware of having an "open support case" with OneCare.
