Cannot restore from Backup RRS feed

    When I try to restore from the backup set Windows Live OneCare hangs up after I have added the share location and try to restore. After the first restore attempt, OneCare will not respond until I reboot the target PC.

    Was the backup originally made to the same Network Share? What do you mean by the Target? Is that the PC that you are trying to restore to or the host holding the Share?

    Have you tried performing a backup to that Share first and then trying the custom restore option?
