Hi

At my work we are using Lotus notes for email and Microsoft office communicator for chat

At the moment the communicator conversation history is not stored any where by default as we are using lotus notes? ( I know the conversation history is stored in outlook by default)

It is very difficlut to store each and every chat history each time to a file.Is there a setting in communicator to store the chat history to some folder or to the lotus notes inbox?

Please let me know your thoughts

I don't think Microsoft has a communicator forum anymore. Try the Lync client forum on technet.
