    The print screen button does not operate on my computer with windows 10. What should I do?

    Just curious.. Is this a laptop? 

    If so you may have to hit the FN key..

    You can take screenshot by Snipping Tool.
    Make a short cut of Snipping Tool (%windir%\system32\SnippingTool.exe).


    What do you mean by "the print screen button"?  Isn't it a KEY of [PrintScreen]?
    If it is a BUTTON provided specially for your computer or keyboard, consult the shop you bought it or manufacturer.
