Hey guys.
Everytime that I log into Windows, I am getting an error message saying: "An unauthorized change was made to Windows. You will no longer receive notifications, including those about your license or activation. Use the link below to find out how to fix your system."
I am running Vista Ultimate on my Mac with Boot Camp. Thanks for your help!
Here's my diagnostic report:

Hello loyalty4life,
The error code 0xc004d301 indicates that Vista is suffering from a Trusted Store tamper. This type of Tamper is usually caused by a Driver that is not fully compatible with Vista. My suggestion is to confirm all the Drivers arethe most up-to-date.
Unfortunately, Boot Camp (http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/) and/or parallels (http://www.parallels.com/en/products/desktop/). are not supported by Microsoft to host any Microsoft OS.
From the Support Doc 897615 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/897615/en-us):
Support policy for Microsoft software running in non-Microsoft hardware virtualization software
Microsoft does not test or support Microsoft software running in conjunction with non-Microsoft hardware virtualization software. For Microsoft customers who do not have a Premier-level support agreement, Microsoft will require the issue to be reproduced independently from the non-Microsoft hardware virtualization software. Where the issue is confirmed to be unrelated to the non-Microsoft hardware virtualization software, Microsoft will support its software in a manner that is consistent with support provided when that software is not running in conjunction with non-Microsoft hardware virtualization software.
Although it is not supported by Microsoft, I do see that people have successfully done what you are attempting to do. My suggestion would be to follow the above Boot Camp or Parallels links and see if there are any support infomation available as well as search the internet for How Tos.
Thank you,
Darin Smith

I also get another error message:
"You may be a victim of software counterfeiting.
To use all Microsoft Windows features, such as all updates from Windows Update; get the latest updates; and receive product support, your copy of Microsoft Windows must be validated as genuine."Monday, June 2, 2008 4:12 AM -
Can anyone please help me? Thanks.Wednesday, June 4, 2008 5:40 AM
