  With supported approaches you can increase page count to 250 through Workplace - Personalize Worklace -General - Records Per Page.

  With unsupported approach you can increase this count too - check this article - http://msdynamicscrmworld.blogspot.com/2009/07/crm-40-increasing-page-limit-for-crm.html

  Hi , The creating marketing lists idea was helpful.

  I'd like to try Andriys method but I am not a developer and am new to Dynamics CRM. So don't really know where to start

  Would I need visual studio or something to do soemthing with your code. or is it possible to do a step by step instructions (or even a big clue)

  Actually you don't need VS. Here you can download latest version of record counter and register it in the system.
