The Key you're using is a Windows 7 Home Premium default key that can't be activated . Please use the product key found on the Certificate of Authenticity label. Example: http://www.microsoft.com/OEM/en/licensing/antipiracy/Pages/COA_hologram.aspx#fbid=-cPRyEfFD6m

This machine almost certainly shipped with windows 8 installed - there is no legal downgrade path to Windows 7 Home Premium, and so far as I am aware, HP stopped selling Win7 Home Premium nearly 2 years ago.
The installed Office 2007 Enterprise is also counterfeit
You should complain to your vendor and demand a refund.
