CRM 2013 Online: Mail Merge Activity (Letter) not working RRS feed

    Hello Community

    I used mail merge based on marketing list, Word opens and the letter can be written, but if I click print or merge, the CRM plugin not appears for tracking the letter and creating the activity attachment. Does this no long work with 2013?

    Hi,

    This should work providing you have the CRM2013 Outlook client installed. Are you using the Outlook client or the web client?

    Tested with both on several organizations. Nothing happens after printing and/or merging...
