    Yesterday my printer was working fine. I attempted to print a map from Google Maps. It did not print. After that the printer would not print anything. When you attemp to print a photo using the photo printing wizard an error message appears that says "Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running." When I open the control panel and click on "Printers & Faxes" the window opens but no printers are shown. If I click "Add a Printer" the same error mesaage appears.

    I tried using the Microsoft Fix It Center. That did not help. I still get the same error message and nothing will print.
