White listing proactively for Microsoft Security Essentials

  Our software was detected by MSE on the customer machine that may have not been classified for risks. And asked customer sending files to Microsoft analysts.

  I am wondering whether it is possible for us to pro-active and register our products with Microsoft Security Essentials for whitelisting?

  Is no-signature-signed the only reason that a software is detected by MSE as not classified for risks? any other possible reason?
