If your CRM is OnPremise you can use the schedule report functionality. Here a tutorial:

Hi,
You need to check if Reporting Services is installed and running. Have a look at this thread : http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-in/library/aa337424.aspx.
You probably get a 404 error because it's not running. Check "services.msc".

I believe this is the name of the server which your SQL for your CRM is hosted on.
