installing CAL's in 2008 r2 standard RRS feed

    I have spent 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft and no one can help me install and activate 5 user CAL's (not TS CAL's).  Is there a licence component or something that needs to be installed?  This is a new Server not in production yet and just installed the O/S.  Need to install the additional CAL's.
