Hi Cutterchoice,
You can only have one parent account for a contact. Clicking control won't allow you to select multiple ones as that is not what Dynamics CRM provides.
What I would suggest, however, is exploring the "Connections" feature in Dynamics CRM using which you can achieve what you want, but then again Connections are used for a very specified reason.

Thanks for the help Dynamotion, I’ll take a look at Connection.
The main reason for wanting to add two, or even one as a parent and one secondary, is if a customer works for both accounts. As a supply teacher(contact) for example may work for two agencies(accounts).

Hi Cutterchoice,
Looking at your requirement, Connections is what is exactly to be used in your case. It has been provided for the reason you mentioned. Just have a look at Connections and I'm sure you'll like it.

You can use to create new 1:N relationship between contact and account.
It required little customization ,and then you can associate contact to more then one account.
Hope this helps. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Santosh Bhagat If this post answers your question, please click "Mark As Answer" on the post and "Vote as Helpful"
