Need help with compatability issues with Windows 10

  I recently upgraded my ASUS Transformer TP500LA (that's less than four months old) to Windows 10. Since then I've noticed that I can no longer to do multi-finger scrolling on my touchpad, and that when I flip my laptop over into tablet mode, the touchpad no loner deactivates.

  I googled the scrolling-touchpad problem but was unable to find a solution that worked. Also, according to Troubleshoot ASUS FlipLock isn't compatible with Windows 10. However, Microsoft said that my laptop was compatible with the update.

  Is there a solution to either problem?
