Not able to start visual basic 6

Hello All,

Previously i was using VB6 on windows server 2003 and it was working fine.

Then we migrated to window server 2003 enterprise edition and installed the VB6. But when we are opening the VB6 we are getting the following error.

But when we are running VB6 as "run as administrator" its working fine.

Please help me in this issue
