Sign in says my account does not exist, but try to set up a new one and it will not let me because it already exits

  • Hi,

    I had to create a new LiveID just to post this. I went to sign in with my regular MSDN id which is my Microsoft LiveID.  I am sure I used the right password. But the message was not about password anyway. The message said "this account does not exist".  I tried until I gave up and said create a new account.  But then is said "You can not use this email address it is already used".  Pardon me that these messages are paraphrases I didn't copy down the exact ones.  So I created this account just so I can ask the question about the one I always use.  What can I do?  Where can I get help for this?
