Since you started a new thread in a closed folder (I'm moving the post), I don't know what the original problem was.
However, based on your description, it appears that your subscription has expired and you need to renew. If you upgraded from 1.6 to 2.0 recently, this may be a false error and happens in some rare cases on the upgrade. You will need to reinstall OneCare to bring it back into your subscription and activated.
