Cannot add new computer to my current subscription RRS feed

  • Please assist me with contacting customer service by phone.  I have a new computer that I am trying to add to my subscription, but I have had this subscription for two years and obviously cannot remember the id and password it was created under.  I have been round and round the web-site in circles but cannot even find the chat forum (which should be in real time?).
